Royal Family Kids’ Camp here in Northern Illinois is part of the nation’s leading network of faith based camps specifically designed for abused and neglected children.Our one week residential summer camp operates on a ratio of no more that 2 kids per counselor and is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of these children.
- March 13-15 Shining Stars Retreat Weekend at CovenantHarbor - Saturday April 18, training for all counselors and staff - Sunday May 17, training for all counselors and staff - June 7-12 our 6th RFKC camp at CovenantHarbor - July 23-27 our first Summit Camp Shining Star Graduates - September 11-13 Shining Stars Retreat Weekend at CovenantHarbor

None of the funds needed to operate these four camps
come out of the operating budget of the hosting First Baptist Church of Geneva. Our budget for the four camps in 2009 is
$90,000.A special thanks goes out to
all of the individuals, businesses, service organizations, foundations, and
fund raisers that provide the “camperships’ that made this all possible in 2008.
